The doctor clearly knew it was cyst but sent me to a eye specialist. And after two more vista back to his clinic he said it was a cyst but never put my referral in for a dermatologist. But was told to go see one. So another co pay later they failed again to give the referral out. They never took ownership for the miscommunication between the people in there office. They told me they couldn't help on my last day of insurance even though they're the reason for this coming to the last minute. Dr. McDonald multiple times told me he would do it himself. But each visit shyd away from it . I've lost respect for this place and will never recommend this in organized clinic. Being friendly is one thing but feeling like your sercetly being talked about after they learn something from your paperwork is very insulting. Also cell phones it seems like these workers are on their phones more then the computers and office phones. They're their for co pay only so except a lot of pointless visits .

I had one session for laser hair removal at this office. They were running late and the

laser was not turned on and ready. The session took more than two times longer than it should have because it kept overheating. Dr Robert McDonald discontinued the session out of frustration over the malfunctioning equiptment. Unfortunately, before the session started, I was locked in a contract with the office and Care Credit and several sessions had been billed to me. Today, I went for a second treatment after much time had passed. I was hesitant about going back but was still paying for the treatment. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and left with no treatment 35 minutes later. When I called to speak to someone about a refund, there is no office manager and Dr Kathy McDonald is the only one who handles problems and is not in for another 2-3 days. If your are looking for customer service and efficiency, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!

1 1/2 hours waiting to see a Dr. When I finally get ready to leave and get my daughter's physical form filled out I'm told there is a form fee. I have been going there for 3 years and never had a fee charged when needing a form filled out. When I scheduled the appointment no one said anything about a fee. When i arrived, no one said anything about a fee. I said, I need the form today, just bill me for the fee. They said no. I left the office having paid a co-pay for the visit and left without the form. This was the last time anyone in my family will go to the McDonald Clinic.

Nothing but bad experiences with them! They never kept appointment and often my waits would be in excess of 1 hour after my scheduled appointment. On top of all the bad medicine they practice here they wanted to charge to sign paperwork too. I have tricare prime so I should not have had to pay anything but they wanted to charge me anyhow.

The doctor actually heard what I had to say and paid attention to me! And they are as English speaking Americans as you can get. No foreign alqueda docs here. I heard a lady in the lobby complainig about the her wait time but I got in faster than at Kaiser. Apparently that lady doesn't know when she is in a good doctor's office. I'm going to take all my kids to the McDonald Clinic because they will get better treatment than the at peditrician who sees them now.
