I have NEVER been treated so POORLY in my life. I am a 43 year old male and the office staff is most incompetent group of individuals I have ever dealt with. Not only will I change my Doctor, I will do everything in my power to tell everyone I know either personally or on the internet what a horrible job this so called group does. This group lies, does not answer phone calls, doe NOT call back, drops the phone call numerous times and when I finally went down there to voice my frustrations they accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY and told me to leave. This is the first time in my life I have ever felt so DISRESPECTED. NEVER AGAIN, will be made to feel like the bad guy when I just needed my doctor to do their job. STAY AWAY from rancho family medical group. SPECIFICALLY THE MURRIETA LOCATION
