Provided by YP.comIf you are looking for a friendly business that is there to help, go down the street to American Eagle Trophies. I went into Tem. Trophies looking for plaques for our student council and was treated rude beyond belief! The older gentleman (owner?) thought highly of himself and was not pleasant at all. He was rude and mean. So after he told me there were more shops down the road (he did not like the fact I was checking out other stores in the area and almost kicked me out - hey, it's not my money it's the kids', I need to be frugal) I went to American. There I was greeted with a smile and treated well. They bent over backwards to help us stay in budget and were very gracious. Wow.. you talk about a 360 from where I just came from. I plan to go to American from now on. They even beat anything I saw online! I saw the reviews on other sites about TT's rudeness, but I usually don't believe it. I was wrong.

Provided by YP.comI recently had to retrofit my boat. Many of the button labels were worn and faded. I came to Temecula Trophy without a second thought. They have always done such a good job when I've ordered from them in the past. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and found a material that worked exactly for my project. Their pricing is reasonable enough and the turn around time (a week) was appreciated since I needed to take the boat out that weekend. I'd surely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work. Provided by YP.comI have been shopping at Temecula Trophy for over 20 years. They really bend over backwards for their customers. I know that if they say it will be done, it is. They don't take on jobs with unrealistic expectations or lead times. So, the day is the day, no excuses and it is always done correctly and with exceptional quality. Provided by YP.comi was told 1 price when i called and another when i went into there store when i asked why the different prices they said she was not who i talked to on the phone as if it was MY FAULT i was told different VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
I can understand your frustration with the "bait and switch" feeling you got from us. However, quoting any item over the phone is a risky endeavor and we usually tell people to come into our showroom before we discuss pricing in order to avoid this type of situation. We strive to provide the best products and services to our clients, but still have to stay realistic in our ethical and pricing guidelines. An estimate over the phone is simply that, an estimate. Without actually seeing what you are talking about, we cannot be 100% accurate.
