Since 2012, he's totally redone the store and brought in all new people. Really a fresh vibe. He has a lot of stuff!

I called The Arcade Store needing to ask about an exchange. I could barely understand the man who answered the phone but I look past that because I also frequently mumble. As I asked my question he became rude and condescending. I said, "Sorry I couldn't hear you". And he said, "Well obviously" in the tone of voice you associate with a spoiled 13 year old girl. For this grown man to talk to a customer like a child I am quite embarrassed for him. He immediately hung up the phone after he told me that; without so much as a thank you for calling The Arcade Store sorry we couldn't help you good bye. The communication was horrible but the service was worse.
