totally unprofessional!!! I was a returning customer for classes and was on time to the location.(32 mile drive one way for me). The instructors recognized me and we were talking socially. They found out soem of the companies i have worked for in the past few years. (all of which thye had referred me too!) Upon hearing where i was currently employed ,one of the owners refused to allow me to do the classes i needed to work. HE DID SO SOLELY ON A PERSONAL VENDETTA AGAINST THE OWNER OF MY EMPLOYER!!! I tried to explain that the certification i was there for was a general certificate that i use with sevral different employers as a free lance contractor. He still refused to accept me, even though i personally had nothing to do with his explanation. \

This is the most unprofessional excuse of a business i have ever heard of,to blame a client for something they have no control over?!!?!?!? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this location. Show them what attitudes get you and use one of several other comapnies offering the same services. I have registered a formal complaint against this company with the Arizona Dept. of Safety.
