I just got off the phone with Budget Transportation after talking with several other transportation companies and rejecting them. I rejected the others because: I couldn't hear them; I couldn't understand them because of strong accent (I'm not prejudiced. You can see by my name that I am Spanish); they were't able to give me instant information.

By reading the reasons for rejecting the others, it explains why I chose Budget. The connection was clear (sometimes a difficulty because they are connected to their taxis too), the man I spoke with was clear, gave me a quick quote and had me signed up within less than 5 minutes.

I never write reviews! And I haven't even used this service yet--I am leaving this afternoon--but I was so impressed that I wanted to rate them quickly because just based on my experience thus far, I say go for Budget!

Very fast and safe driver. I called at the last minute for a ride to the airport. Gina was so polite and I would use this taxi service again!!

This is the best taxi service I have used. The driver called to confirm my reservation. He was early, which made me happy. He was very pleasant and helpful. The taxi was clean. He was a very safe driver. Anytime I need a taxi I will use Budget Transportation. This is the BEST taxi in Phoenix.

We used Budget for our latest trip to Scottsdale. They picked up several of our parties arriving at different times and were always right on time. The conversation with the drivers was great and they went above and beyond to answer any questions we had about our visit to Arizona. I would highly recommend this company.

This family owened service is by far the best I have ever used. They are not only on time but usually early! I had a 5am pick up time and they called me ten minutes early to let me know they were outside waiting for me!



On my return trip, I called the night before to arrange for them to be my ride and was suprised to meet them at the baggage carousel and my flight was 45 minutes early! They keep track of your flight and will adjust their pickups accordingly! So not only was I pampered with them being at the carousel I did not have to bother to alert them of my flight status!



Cars have been immaculate, drivers friendly and courteous.



You'll never go back to another service!

I am a frequent traveler for work and have been using this organization for 3 years...they are wonderful! They are always on time (if not early), pleasant and accommodating. I have referred them to several people and everyone of them has thanked me. You can't go wrong with Budget. Thanks gang for doing such a great job!!

Called them and told them i was in a hurry. they were here within 5 minutes. They did a great job.

I had a great experience. They were on time and very professional. Our driver was a really nice guy and his car was incredibly clean. Will definitely use again the next time Im in Phoenix!
