Chompie's - Arizona's New York Deli restaurant, bagel factory, bakery and catering serves a huge menu of breakfast all day, lunch & dinner 7 days a week at its four locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and Chandler. Chompie's also offers a special kids menu.  It was originally founded in 1979 when the Borenstein Family - Lou & Lovey and their three grown children, Wendy, Neal and Mark moved from Queens, New York and ventured west to Phoenix, Arizona and fulfilled their dream by opening the first Chompie's. Really nice

The environment was so New York city. Great choices in food. Loved they had gluten free part of the menu.

Great for breakfast and lunch

We first had breakfast in our hotel. It was awefull and overpriced! We read about Chompies in a magazine in our hotel and decided to give it a try becasue there was no way we were going to eat in the hotel again! Breakfast was great, service was good. We went back the next day too for breakfast and again to try their lunch (at the Scottssdale location). Service was better at the tempe location but food equally as good at borth locations. We chose to go to the restaurants that had the bakery on-site as well. They had a huge take-out customer folloowing! I wish we had the restaurant in Colorado.
