Went in on a Saturday. The staff were friendly, helpful and offered water and snacks. I had an appointment, and we seen in a fairly quick manner as the place was busy. Filled out the paperwork, as well as a list of my prescriptions and progress notes from my primary care doctor. Right before my appointment with the doctor, staff offered anyone who wanted it, lunch. He bought several people sandwiches from the store next door.

Doctor saw me and he did an exam for my conditions. He looked over my records, and we talked about options. He approved me, staff took a picture. I had paperwork in hand in hours after calling!

My exam was less because of a deal I took advantage of. For that they need cash. For the state portion of the cost *usually 150* I had a printout of my state EBT benefits and it was half, so 75 and I had to put that amount payable to the state on a credit card.
