These guys are scam artists. Do your research on them before you rent and you'll know better than to do business with this clown. Here;s my story: I rented UTVs with a group of friends a few months ago. It started out great until one of the UTVs had mechanical problems. The owner had a poor attitude when he arrived. He sat on his ass in his truck while we pushed the UTV back to the drop off point. He had a $3,000 deposit that he did not refund and also charged an additional $3,000 on our card for unnecessary repairs he claimed that his service guy had to make to the vehicle and for unrented days while vehicle was being serviced. That is about $7,000 to use 3 UTVs for four hours. They know how to scam people. They get access to pull funds from your account and you cant get a refund. Dont do any business with these people.

I have had several experiences with Full Throttle Powersports, and unfortunately my latest experience will be my last. I used them in previous years to do routine maintenance on my Sea Doo jet skis. They were reasonable in cost and they did good work for the two previous times I used them.This last time, they were asked to do the same work which was general maintenance to get them ready for the summer season. They quoted a price of $250 plus shop fees for a tune-up for each Sea Doo and were told to call if there were any "extras" that might incur extra costs. We did give verbal approval to "CLEAN" the injectors, which we thought would be maybe another $100 per Sea Doo. When we dropped them off for service. We expected a final price of about $600, plus maybe an additional $200 to "CLEAN" injectors for the two Sea Doos. When we went to pick them up, the bill was $1500.We were told they "REPLACED" all the injectors because it was the same cost as cleaning them, which is our fault for not getting clarification on that issue, but I still feel that cleaning an existing part should be cheaper than a new part. They also replaced the impeller seal on both skis without approval, which was our biggest complaint.We let them know how displeased we were with performing work which was not discussed. I understand the work was done, but that I should not be responsible for the cost of work I did not ask for. I was told that if I did not pay the amount, they would impound my Sea Doos, and I would never see them again because they would own them if I did not pay the bill in 30 days.After 2 hours of arguing, they got spiteful and actually ripped out the new injectors as some sort of retaliation. After 4 hours of arguing, they took off $200 of the extra $340 of work that was not approved, and put the injectors back in. The other $550 issue with "REPLACED" injectors versus "CLEANING" injectors is an issue that I chalk off to their deceitfulness and me trusting too much in humanity.In the end, I paid $1300 for their services just to be done with them. It's not that I would not have paid that if my watercraft truly needed the work, but I will never return to a place that will lie, mislead, and trick consumers during their services. I just hope my skis actually work this summer.

Shady crooks! I rented 2 jet skis from them. They said there was damage done and kept the full deposit of $600. I reviewed the video (with the manager) they take of the jet ski after you bring it back. there was no damage whatsoever! and they still would not give me back my deposit. Guess its off to court, its sad they cause all this trouble just to milk out what they can to keep their business open. And the reviews with 5 stars are obviously fake. You people are ridiculous.

They will take your money but it won't be easy getting it back. 2/27/13, my friend and I rented 2 UTVs for the day with a $2,000.00 deposit. When we returned the UTVs, one came back with a broken tie rod. We were told by Donovan, the most we'd have to pay was for a new tie rod. I spoke to Donovan again on 2/28/13. I could not get a response. 3/6/13, spoke to Donovan again, he said situation was resolved and full $2,000.00 would go back on my card. Called Donovan again on 3/21/13, no refund of deposit yet. Spoke to Donovan on 3/26/13, Donovan assured me he would talk to owner to make sure my refund was processed. 4/5/13, spoke to Donovan, he said he would check again and call me back. He did not call me. 4/9/13, called Donovan again, another assurance was given to me. I called my cc company, they have no credit on record. Now, 4/14/13, I get a credit of $850.00 from Full Throttle. I have now contacted the BBB (who has given them an "F" and my credit card company to get the rest of my money back!

Used GroupOn to try company which included boat delivery to lake of choice. They called saying they couldn't deliver but would allow me to use truck. Trip to Tempe to pick up, wait to rent, towed to lake, launched boat, pull boat back out, drive back, return boat, and drive home took nearly three hours off my daily rental time. Plus, apparently I damaged a canvas cover since "I didn't tow it right". May be a good company but my experience is having me look elsewhere for the future.

Took the family to Box Canyon in Florence, and had a great time with the rentals from Full Throttle. We got a 90 for the younger kids, a 400, and a Polaris 4 seater. The Polaris was better than my highest expectations!Brian was helpful in setting the day up and recommended the 4-seater when I told him how many were going (we intended on getting two 400's). All in all a great day!

Rented last week. Andrew was great from start to finish on setting us up with the right atvs. We were in and out in no time. We will be back. Thank you Andrew from Bill and Lesslie Johnson

Great Rental Experience with Full Throttle. Rented a couple of automatics from full throttle and they ran great out at four peaks.

I use Brad to repair my boats and jet skis and never once have I had a problem. He gets the work done fast and cheap.

Rented a boat, returned with a ski rope broken ( actual cost $50) charged me $1000 security deposit claimed prop damage. Look at all their reviews online they are either perfect fake ones from owner or stories just like mine!!

I worked there for three days and saw enough to quit the owner is a liar and a thief need I say more good riddance. most of these posts that are positive are written by him or his office manager Brittany who is nice and cute but just as deceitful as Mark the owner

I had rented a 2011 Robby Gordon Polaris RZR from Full Throttle over the weekend. My boyfriend and I took it up to Payson area to go out with family for the weekend. The RZR was amazing !! I am officially addicted and want to rent again. The customer service was great and they were very informative and helpful. I would recommend Full Throttle. Their staff and equipment are great!

We rented 11 ATV's for a guided tour in May 2011. This was going to be the highlight of a guy's weekend in Phoenix. Unfortunately, the whole thing went wrong thanks to Full Throttle.We arrived on the mountain with less ATV's than we wanted because they didn't have enough running ATV's for everyone. We were told by the guides upon arrival that if a park ranger asked any questions, we were to tell them that there were no guides present, that we were all "just friends."When the park ranger showed up a few seconds later, we told them that we had hired Full Throttle for a guided tour and had been instructed to tell them otherwise. The ATV's never left the truck and our entire day was wasted due to the simple fact that Full Throttle did not apply for the license to operate in a national park. In the end we received a full refund and a lesson learned.

I rented two jet skis from this place $600.00 deposit $100.00 in gas $287.98 for the day WASTED, got the jet ski off the trailer and into the water, left the no wake zone about 65-70 meters and hit the throttle and ..........Nothing, no power just alot of noise and vibrations, loaded back on trailer and returned them the next day, long story short, deposit taken and I was blamed for the damage, do not rent from this place unless you want to get ripped off. 04/21/2011--Recieved a call from the owner of full throttle power sports and was told that I have to remove my review or I would be taken to court and sued for slander. Look all I am doing is telling about my situation with this company and would not suggest anyone wasting their time or money on this place and risk losing out on a good time at the lake because this place could not even come close to meeting my our your expectations.
