My first experience with this office was of the worst, I saw how my grandfather was administered a procedure to then have the rest of the staff look at as an example without any prior notice. As well the MA present was warned about touching the wound with infected hands but went ahead and caused a massive infection. Not only that, but recently (today) i had an appointment for a follow up and a physical I went in and asked if I could just have the follow up for my eye (recently scratched at work), I need the follow up to continue to work , but the receptionist yelled and blurted " no because we need to charge the insurance first, the doctor can't just see you for the follow up", personally found this unprofessional, and misleading doctors are there to help and cure those of us who aren't not exploit insurance companies.
