great place ,i took my son to buy an rc car , they helped me with all my questions and they know a lot, the younger boy is great and helpful, the girl just goes the extra mile to help, and not to mention the owner he help me and my son with great attitude ...thanks so much and i highly recomend this place ...

I had read another review online about them having poor customer service but I believe in making my own decision and giving the store a chance. Really, I dont know what the other person was talking about. I had the BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THERE THAT I THINK I EVER HAD. I think my salesperson was Raul ? I am female and know NOTHING about RC cars. I brought the car in my brother sent me for my 9 year old. He helped me test it to see what parts I needed and showed me how to work it. He was very thorough in making sure everything worked. I love that this is a family owned store - I will frequent it often and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for your patience, enthusiasm and great customer focus!
