Terrible! 3PD was supposed to deliver a couch for me from IKEA... I was assured by both IKEA and the customer service rep at 3PD they would remove the boxes for me. However, when the delivery team arrived 20 min later, they refused. I called the same customer service lady back and she told me that too bad, she can't make them take the boxes even though IKEA said they would. I refused delivery and told them to take it back because I won't deal with a company that lies to customers and refused to honor their promises...They really didn't care. The delivery guys did not even have a copy of the paperwork for me... that told me I had to "take a picture of it with my phone.



IKEA put me on home 3 x for over 40 min each time!!! I have been sitting here trying to resolve this today for 4 hours now!



This is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with...



They will not honor delivery times either and really don't care about their customers.

I have to say it is a great store, very modern and fun, my little girl loves it.

All I can say is wow about this store. It's an experience all in itself. Make a day of it, because it will take you that long to get through the store, and be sure to stop for lunch at the cafe halfway through. They have great prices on extremely functional items for organizing and decorating your home, along with a great selection of kids products.
