I had been studying Wing Chun for a little under a year when I first moved down here from Idaho and man I feel lucky that I found this place to continue my study of martial arts. Sifu Jay holds a lifetime of martial arts experience and I'm always learning lots of new things every class. This is the place to go if you want to study martial arts.

I learn something new every time I come to class. Sifu Jay has a lot of martial and life experience that he shares with all his students.

It is the best Martial Art place that I found for my training especially Wing Chun skills. I feel home because I learn so much more about life skills and Wing Chun techniques apply to my daily life. I am very excited looking forward going to classes. It made me stronger mind, body and spirit.
