I am very disappointed with my move out inspection, there was a great deal of hidden charges that resulted after my move out inspection. First off my property manager did not carry out the move out inspection and sent other personnel instead to complete my move out inspection, I felt this was unprofessional. I pointed out everything that was wrong without trying to hide anything to the other personnel, the other personnel stated that I should receive a small portion of my deposit back and that there was nothing serious wrong with the property. When I did finally receive an email 17 days later it stated that I OWED 295.00 $ to them and that I would be receiving no deposit back. There was an UNUSUAL 150$ charge for (removal of weeds) and when I spoke to my property manager about this UNUSUAL charge, she stated that there were weeds outside my fence line in the alley that had to be cleaned. I found this very troubling

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM ! . the worst real state company ever ! I have been with them for 2 years and I'm having the worst experience of my live, you will never get hold of them . they want to charge me $1200 on top of my 650 security deposit .

they send me a list of stuff that need to be done that I reported when I first moved in.

they are claiming that dish washer is not working . when I used it up till last day and it was perfectly fine , they want to charge me for extra 2 days because there office was close on Saturday and Sunday and I couldn't give them the keys till Monday ! taking into consideration that I contacted them many times on Wednesday asking how do I give them back the keys and they never got back to me till Monday and that's when I gave them keys back ! . there is a lot to say about them but simply they are the worst . so as an advice if you see their name on a property do not ever try !!
