Jans was able to get me in immediately the day I took it in! Jan was very good about keeping me updated on the status of my progress with text messages and phone calls. The work was perfect and I couldn't be happier! Any miscommunications that took place he made right immediately and was flexible in working with me and my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend Jan's and will go no place else!

Jan's Spectrum has done excellent paint work on various BMWs I've owned over the last 10 years. This most recent work came about from the removal of a defective clear bra from the front of my M3 convertible. Because of peeling clear coat in some areas it was necessary to re-spray the front of the car. Jan's took their time to do the work correctly and the result is a first class finish that looks as good or better than the factory finish. If you want the best possible quality in paint work for your car, I suggest to visit Jan's.

We can strongly recommend Jan's Spectrum CollisionCenter. They have worked on two of our cars. The first time was repair of our 528i BMW, when it sideswiped. It now looks like new. The most recent time was to repair deep scratches in the tailgate and re-paint ing of the tailgate. It looks like new, also. You won't go wrong when working with Jan and Taylor!

The great service that Jan's provided me started from my first call to the shop from the scene of the accident. A tow truck came very quickly to bring me down to the shop. Jan's is an independent shop that does not work for the insurance company so the time and care they put into putting my nearly totaled BMW was beyond expectation. They were on my side against the insurance company to make sure that all the parts were original BMW and they used the best paint. Jan kept me informed throughout the month the car was being repaired to give me updates on the repair. The result is that the car looks and drives just as good today as when I bought it new from the dealer almost six years ago. I highly recommend Jan's if you want the best repair possible.

I was really impressed with the professionalism and the quality of repair work that was done. More specifically, they gave me a cost estimate prior to repairs that did not change, they gave me various estimates based on the amount of repair work that could be done (at my request), and they kept me updated on the repairs. When I went to pick up my car, I couldn't even tell that the car had been in an accident! Excellent body repair as well as paint job.
