Tried out Orangutan for the routine tune up for my unit. They beat the competitors price so I thought I'd give them a shot. I received a courtesy call that morning reminding me of my appointment that day which i really appreciated. The technician arrived and did his job in a timely fashion and answered a few questions i had about my units performance. i payed the price I had been quoted over the phone, no hassle. I would use this company again.

How do you call when you are paying for a service for the last three years that you are not receiving? I signed a contract with them for the annual bi checkouts about two to three years ago. 1. Every technician was doing things differently. This last time, I called, and I found out that they are supposed to check the ducts in the attic. He did not. Supposed to clean the coil. he did not. As a proof, the technician did not take any water source, nor the house had a smell of a cleaner used. And every time there is something wrong, that needs to be fixed, on my 6 years old AC.

Down unit and these guys came out within 4 hours. Tech was able to fix it within and hour. Company was very professional and tech was polite and cleaned up well after he was done. I was impressed. Thank You

this place is a rip off and a scam. the stole hundreds of dollars possibly thousands in services and repairs not performed as claimed. parents are elder, they took full advantage of them.

Do not use this companies services... Rip off... BEWARE.
