Would love to make an appointment, if only I could get a return call. I've tried now twice to set an appointment, but only have received voice mail. First time in December, I was going out of town and left two separate messages. When I finally called a third time and left a message, a girl called back and explained that this was a known issue and she was going to educate the staff.



Not so much.



Fast forward to Tuesday. I call, leave a voice mail. Mention that I've had trouble setting appointments and mention my trepidation at leaving a voice mail even during business hours hoping this would prompt extra attention.



Apparently the education didn't stick. I have yet to receive a return call. I have to leave town for a funeral this weekend and would have liked a haircut before this.



My stylist, Micah, has been asking two of my friends who are also her clients why I haven't been back.



If someone in management pays attention to this, I hope they let her know why she lost a faithful, long-time client who has followed her for three salons.
