I have NEVER had such terrible customer service in my entire life! The manager was rude and didn't want to give my money back. If I could I'd give them a zero rating I would . Don't waste your money the quality and service was unprofessional

I have been taking photos with pose since about 2003 for my self and 2011 for my son. I have been to 3 locations and I never received poor service until today this was the 1st time I hated my photos the female employee was rude & unprofessional. Example: she left my photos on the counter while I sat there waiting for them she didn't even tell me they were ready she just let me sit & she was well aware that I was waiting. She turned off all the lights & took pictures in the dark so my 4 year old looks shocked in every picture ... She ruined my Mother's Day photos I don't want pictures that looks like my kid was being electrocuted. In the past I always bought most of my proofs this time I had to force my self to pick one ... She key trying to pose us like we were brother & sister instead of a mother & son when I kept telling her we didn't want to pose like that she ignores us now I wasted my time & money & have our 1st bad picture . Once my sons pic was a display when he was 6 months ... She also said it was company policy to turn off the lights never have I seen this my son gets 2 pictures a year since he was 6 months from this place never has the lights been out
