Toni always does a great job on our Shih tzu mix!

Our little terrier mix hated to take a bath until she started going to Shelly's. She loves Toni and they tell us she behaves like a little angel while there. I hope so because this is the only groomer we will ever use. She always looks and smells amazing when she gets home. Great customer service and the nicest people too!

When I moved here I asked around for a good quality Groomer. I have a 3.5 lbs Pomeranian and most of his weight is hair no joke! I took him somewhere that I had been told listens well and won't just do a buzz cut because it's easy! When I took my fur baby in I told them a tame lion cut I explained that I wanted a sanitary cut on his underside and his butt, dingle berries love to cling to fluffy fur! But I wanted the length and the fluff in the front with a slight trim around the ears. When they brought him out I saw a lady carrying a dog but it wasn't mine so I went back to chatting when the lady said here you go I really looked at the little thing that used to be my fluffball... they had shaved him 3/4in shave all around he didn't look like my pom by any stretch of the imagination. I was traumatized... so was my puppy! They sae my reaction and asked isn't that what you wanted?
