Im currently living in this building. Ive been living here for 7+ years and I love this place, Rent is very reasonable, ground and swimming pool are clean, 24 hours laundry room access, just across Clark Park and near everything, Neighbors are quiet, the owner has been renovating inside the apartments and now painting the whole building on the outside, the maintenance man is very fast and professional, courteous and always do the extra mile to keep tenants satisfied, Highly recommend it.

I currently live here and Love my Apartment! The staff and maintenance guy are very professional and courteous. You do have the occasional noise but 90% of the time the neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are respectful and stay to themselves. Reasonably priced in an area close to everything. 24 hr Laundry center on site. Safe area and Beautiful Park, Clark Community Garden and Baseball field across the street. Right on Bus line and super close to ASU and Tempe Town Beach Park.

I have lived at The Place of Tempe Apartments for 2 - 2 1/2 years. And I love it!!!!!!!!!!! It is reasonable in price, quiet and comfortable. Grounds are well kept and pool rarely dirty. The owner has done some beautiful renovations on the inside of the apartments and the other residents are good people to be around. The plus is right behind our building there is a bike city co-op if your a bike rider and a nice restaurant/bar just steps from your door. Our on the grounds in manager Estevan is great for emergency situations he takes no time to get the problem solved. On day to day work or repairs it has been done in a professional manner and done very quickly. For a older apartment building it is one of the best kept ones in Tempe. I suggest you take a look for yourself. If you like to be happy this is your place.. Best Wishes
