I have used storage for business purposes for a number of years here, mostly back east. I would like to comend the general manager at this particular site for her excellent customer service. I believe was new to the company, but seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about the storage industry. Thank you Amy, I'll recommend your facility hands down.

I have never been insulted in my life as bad as I was insulted by the staff at storAmerica. Time after time THE MANAGER of the facility where my possessions were 2 b under her care, could NOT even get the gate code right! Though she was very sweet when I first came in; VERY helpful & acted like she knew what she was doing. Got the unit; pretty good salesman ill give her that, & that is the ONLY position she can do! When it came to running the facility, never once could she(we will call her AMY) ever get any of the basic duties or even my gate code correct!!! The rest of the staff UNDERNEATH Amy did it right every time!!! OH yes, and the gate hours are RIDICULOUS! A customer CAN'T get to their OWN things AFTER 6:50pm!! Most people don't get off work til 5 or 6! Oh, Next I called the MAIN OFFICE and they NEVER answered or returned my calls! well only after repeated calls to them! I ultimately removed my things, took the loss that I had already paid for the unit; will NEVER rent there!
