Clean...friendly...great service...I have never felt so safe and educated. I was blown away, I'm a 38 year old a have never be so educated about the process of installing aftermarket wheels . So wish i would have be referred 10 years ago!!! Now i know what i driving on. If you need wheels and tires this is the place to go!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of WSI since it's conception. Jim Johnston has always handled our dealership's needs and provided excellent service through out the years. The facility speaks for it's self. The showroom displays the latest in what the tire and wheel industry has to offer. WSI tire and wheel technicians are the best in the business. Their stations are always clean and maintained. The stocking inventory is amazing! If they don't have it- they will get it. Jason is the machine shop master. I'm a long time customer. I wouldn't trust my Mercedes wheels and tires to anyone else. The selection is awesome and my custom order was quick and easy. There were no pushy sales people and the showroom is clean and comfortable. No need to go anywhere else!

I was referred to WSI by my girlfriend when my wheels and tires were stolen from my truck. Darren Young was extremely friendly and helpful and was quick to get my selection taken care of same day. he also helped me upgrade the wheels on my new camaro as well. I refer anyone I know in need of wheels or tires to them. extremely clean and impressive shop with an immaculate showroom.

I am sooooo glad that another shop referred my to Wheel Specialist's to handle a vibration issue with my car. I had tires installed on my car at "another shop" and had to go back 3 times for balancing before they finally sent me to Wheel Specialist's. They did a "Road Force" balance and some kind of "match mounting" ... my car rides like a dream now .. I won't go anywhere else again ..

I am so happy I was referred to Wheel Specialist's to get wheels for my Mercede's .. not only did they have a ton of options in stock for my car, but they took the time to explain all of the different choices. I have found my place for wheels and tires. Thank You Wheel Specialist's.

There are not a lot of choices for chroming your wheels here in AZ, if I had my choice again I would drive my car to LA and do a chrome exchange directly. Wheel specialists are sketchy at best, they wouldn't give me an estimate, but I entrusted my car to them anyway(buyer beware). After dropping off my car I got a call a couple hours later and they told me that my rims were badly bent but the car had been through an extensive inspection and been certified and had no vibrations, it took 2 weeks longer than I was told to get my car back so they had it for a month and to top it off when I went to pick it up someone had left the vanity lights on and the battery was dead, not to mention that the car was filthy on the outside with bird stains on the top. If you are getting something done at this shop and you can wait for the car and watch the work it would probably be ok, if you have to leave the car for any amount of time I would not entrust this business at all.

I was referred to WSI by a very good friend. I have taken three of my vehicles to Wheel Specialists. The management is very friendly and helpful. The employees are very friendly and know there jobs well. The shop is VERY clean. They take extra special care of your vehicle. Its Amazing how they can find the perfect wheels for any vehicle. I took in my Kia Sorento and when I went to pick it up WOW!!! what a shock it was beautiful...I receive many compliments on my vehicle and I am so proud to tell people where I got my wheels from.THank you Wheel Specialists for another FANTASTIC job!!!

Wheel Specialists is a wonderful place to buy your wheels and tires. The service is excellent and the guys are true professionals in this line of work. I Love the personal attention that they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend them.

a friend refered me to wheel specialists to changed out the original wheels for chrome. WOW! do they look fantastic. we were so surprised that they had the upgraded AMG wheels ready to be put on in a day for our new mercedes. from the gentleman who sold us the wheels all the way to the tire installer, everyone seemed so knowledgable and helpful. Also they had the 24" tires for my sons tahoe, so he is getting fixed up too. what a great place!!

W.S.I. is a GR8 place to purchase wheels & or tires from. I went down there to have my wheel locks removed because I lost the key & they had them off in less than a hour. I was so impressed I took my wife's vehicle there to have new tires installed on her existing aftermartet wheels. The shop is so CLEAN you could eat off the floor.

I have finally found a shop that i feel comfortable working on my cars. I put wheels on every vehicle i get and until now i had to do so much research to find out what will and will not work .. it would take a month of being on forums and online to get the info i needed ... and who knows if it was correct .. now i go to Wheel Specialists when i get a new car and they already have the answers that i used to have to search for. And they dont mind taking the time to figure out "extreme" fitments instead just going the "safe" way .. and their shop .. you have to see it to believe it .. i have never seen people put so much effort into wheels and tires and making sure everything is done correctly. They even painted my brakes for free. A++++++++ .. go see for yourself ..

I’ve been buying wheels from Wheel Specialists for years. When it comes to knowledge of fitments and customer service there is no other place like it. They’re new facility is the most state of art in the industry. Everything you need in one building.

Having wasted my time and money at others tire shops I found WSI (Wheels Specialists, Inc.) in Tempe, AZ. These guys are truely "SPECIALISTS" I left with the look I wanted and extra bucks in my pocket. A great experience I would recommend to ALL.

I've been a wheel enthusiast for a long time and have never worked with a place who gave me better service and friendlier pricing than Wheel Specialists. I would advise anybody wanting tires and/or wheels to go here...forget about all the other shops!

I had a set of wheels machined to fit my 350Z. The machine work was done in a timely manner, and the installation crew were very knowledgeable and curtious.I highly recommend using them!!
