I was given a recommendation by a neighbor to call this dental office. My experience with them was terrible. It began with the first phone call to their office. The woman who answered spoke so fast I couldn't even be sure who I was calling and when I asked her to repeat the greeting, she was very rude to me. She then put me on hold for more than FIVE minutes and when she did return she acted like I was in the wrong. I went ahead and made an appointment, but when I arrived on time for my appointment, they said there was no record of the appointment and that I'd have to re-schedule. What a mess. Get it together folks! I went elsewhere instead.

They have a very kind and caring staff. They are very friendly, everything is good.

The staff and Dr. Von Bulow are very personable and it is a very warm and friendly family environment.
