I just purchased some hair from this company it was my very 1st time and can honestly say I'm very satisfied with it and I most definitely will be ordering more hair

I have been wearing Virgin hair for over 6 years and haven't had the best luck. I purchased hair from Kendra's Boutique,Herimports,and Essence hair club and they are horrible in quality!!! I have now been using Pink Couture hair and not only is the hair great quality but Ms. Nikkia and her staff have great customer service skills,they are patient and welcoming and I really appreciate that because now a days people are Rude and lack good customer service!

I purchessed a wig ..it became super matted ..called and revived a replacement ..just as bad as the 1st one ..don't waiste ur time

The lady that runs this business is rude and obnoxious. She has absolutely no interpersonal skills, and horrible customer service. The hair she sell is highly price and no where near the value I paid for! 1st the hair smell awful like a mixture a mildew and burnt smell! I order a 14" closure which was more like 10" the ends were broke of and straggly! I tried washing it and it only got worst. Word of advice stay away! I wish I had some 1 tell me this before I brought it smh!
