I am very disappointed with this business especially because of the delivery person. The delivery person called to tell me he had arrived. I opened the door. He just stared at me in his car. Finally, he got out. When he handed me my food (and while searching for the spot to add his tip), he tells me he usually does not get out of his car to deliver food. Really??? If I wanted to go outside, I would have gone to the restaurant, not ordered DELIVERY. When I called to complain, the person I was speaking with would not let me speak to the owner or manager. When I explained the situation, she said that no one goes to the door any more to make deliveries. (Laziness is the only reason I can think of considering I live in a decent neighborhood.)



Food wise, the shrimp lo mein was overcooked, the sweet and sour pork was overcooked, and the egg rolls were greasy. However, the shrimp hunan was actually good with soy sauce added.



Obviously, someone needs to be told food service is not only about the quality of food, but also customer service. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again nor did the delivery person receive a gratuity.
