G bass co, Gary Bass install an American Standard heat pump and he gave me a 10 year labor and miscellaneous Parts warranty. I'm having an issue with the heat pump and I gave Gary a call when I told her I had a warranty issue he hung up the phone I called back the next day and he hung up again. I did have another American Standard contractor fix the problem. Do not use G bass company they will lie to your face and cheat you I will pursue this issue with G Bass co.

most unreliable co I ever had to deal with other the Youngs....$5000.00 unit with a 7 year parts and labor plus a 10 year parts , just sounded to good to be true.... well the unit went down and Gary charged a $150.00 ''service fee'' now it's been a week same problem , unit doesn't work again ...no response for a week now and calls all go to voicemail and mail box is full.....so what do I do ????? sue the prick for what it cost for another company to fix it or do I wait until Gary' Bass has time to fix it..... tired of waiting weeks to even get a response that still never happened......OH AND THE STAR WAS BECAUSE YOU HAD TO GIVE ONE....
