Dr Growmack and Dr Crawford were amazing! They were very patient and gentle. I always dread dentist appointments because of a previous experiences as a child, but they made me feel comfortable. As a student they worked with my financial situation , I highly recommend Dental Health Experts!

Patient BEWARE!!! This place advertises for $89 tooth extractions and $59 x-ray with cleaning. I went in there to get 3 teeth pulled. At first they quoted me a bill for $8685. I told them that I didn’t need all the extra treatments they wanted to do, I just want my teeth pulled for the advertised price of $89. At that point the office assistant said “OK”. It took the dentist less than 30 seconds to extract each tooth, 3 total. After they were finished I was told they charged my Mother’s credit card $944. (Which I have to pay back). They knew the amount I was able to spend and with plenty of opportunity to properly inform me that they weren’t going to charge me $89 a tooth but instead charge me $295 a tooth plus the $59 for X-ray (no cleaning as advertised). If I was properly informed I would have not consented to this treatment because at the moment I am unemployed and living with relatives. I was in a lot of pain and my mom offered to put the amount on her credit card for what she thought was $89 a tooth. There are a lot of great dentist out there that truly care about their patients and not just how much money they can squeeze out of them each time they come in for a visit. If I was you, I would look for a dental office with integrity and compassion. You will not find that at Dental Health Experts in Temple Terrace, FL. (Dentist Adam Gromak)

Warning to all.....I went to Dental Health Experts for X-Rays, & Cleaning. It took 45 min for my X-Rays because equipment kept malfunctioning. During the X-Rays they passed the X-Ray gun back in fourth between rooms never changing their gloves one hand on the gun the other in my mouth and vice verse. After finally completing X-Rays I was told I would have to come back for my cleaning because they only do cleanings on certain days and the day I was there was not one of them.. I explained that this is why I made the appointment and if I couldn't get my teeth cleaned I wouldn't of come that day. The secretary then jumps into the conversation and calls me a liar that she told me they didn't do cleanings on certain days and I chose to come anyway. Upon checking out I requested copies of my X-Rays, I was told they can give me a sheet of paper with a black and white printout and that was it. I asked if I could get the X-Rays emailed to me I was then told that was not possible because the X-Rays are digital and they do not have the capability to email. I was shocked that this office could not email a digital X-Ray. I believe this office to be to lazy to send an email, or possibly just to incompetent. I would encourage everyone seeking Dental treatment to do so at a more competent and professional office.

This dental office is excellent. They took care of my toothache quickly and painlessly. Highly recommended!

I went to this dental office last week, and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist! Everyone was so nice and the doctor did a great job on my dental work. There was no pain and the work they did for me looks and feels great! I would highly recommend this dentist office!!!!

After speaking with the dental assistant extensively and being told the range of $99.00 - $200.00 for an extraction an appointment was made after the x-ray and being correct on which tooth needed to be extracted another price of $300.00 was given which did not include the exam. Not a good practice to bait someone and expect them to be happy with the price change, After paying for the exam and leaving to seek a professional opinion from a surgeon the price with exam as well as extraction was under $200.00 Surgeon stated there was no need for any surgery and anyone would of known by looking at the x-ray the roots were not deep enough. ( Do Not Go There) Trying to get rich over night at the expense of someone else's necessity.
