Since 1935, Railroad & Industrial in Tampa Bay has been a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution. In 1935, 14 Railroad employees met in Tampa and decided to charter the credit union. Overtime, the original $70 in assets has grown to over $270 million in assets, over 26,000 members and several locations! Not only can you visit an office, we offer a fully functional robust mobile platform, including a mobile website, Apple App, and Google Play App. We believe the founders would be pleased to know that Railroad & Industrial Federal Credit Union has remained true to their founding values of service to employees by offering a place where employees can conveniently and consistently save and borrow money safely. We're better than a bank, we're a credit union!
