Good tasting food, everything was prepared fresh and from scratch. Good portion size and reasonable price. Only thing I did not like was the music was a little loud to be able to carry on a conversation but otherwise everything was great and we will definitely go back!

Delicious food, everything was obviously made from scratch and was fresh. Not your ordinary "Tex-Mex" but authentic mexican. Reasonable prices. Will definitely go back!

This is a great restaurant. The "guacamole mexicano" is a great buy and the best guacamole I have ever had at any restaurant. My "steak oaxaca" was to die for and at a cheap price for a steak, $12. The steak was large and very succulent. Exceptional small business and the service was excellent. The service was exceptional I was served by a teenage girl who was by the way very nice and a did a great job serving. Sadly I forgot her name. I will definitely be back and I strongly encourage you to go as well if you haven't already. I personally guarantee you will not be disappointed. I have been twice and it is already my favorite restaurant.

This is our second visit. I have a suggestion, provide hot sauce and food a little spicier. Some Anglos like hotter food. I really like this place because the food is so fresh. Dr.& Mrs. Stan Morey

Several restaurants have been on this site, all have gone. My favorite Mexican is Pancho Vila's in San Antonio, however this restaurant is very close. My wife and I enjoyed our meals, and the Sangria. The food was fresh, not microwaved like so many Mexican restaurants in Temple Terrace. We will definitely be back and root for your success. I will return for my fave HUEVOS RANCHEROS. Dr. and Ms. Stan Morey

Food is fantastic. Large portions for a low price and very filling. The beer is super cheap. ($2.25 for a domestic draft!) Sadly, with a name like tequila it does not have a liquor bar. But this place is still great. I hope it sticks around.
