Had connection problems with the laptop right after I bought it but their tech support was terrible and seemed to have difficulties understanding me. I over paid for it just so I could get a Windows 7 laptop. I reloaded it multiple time and had to reload all software and reinstall other devices. They finally allowed me to send in my laptop but I had to pay for shipping. They claimed they replaced the wireless card but returned it with the same problem. The warranty expired while they had the laptop and now I can't even reach them cause their automated service says it's out of warranty. I hope this helps save someone else the frustration and wasted money.
