I currently live here. When we moved into the "newly Remodeled" unit with was new carpet, new cheap sinks, cheap carpet and flooring. The smoke detector didn't work. The ceiling fan didn't work. The stove didn't work. I had to dust the apartment before we moved in. You would think at least the smoke detector would be a priority. There are screws and nails on the ground and parking lot from the last remodel. People do not control their children who play (loudly) outside our apartment window where my husband sleeps. Most of the jets in the hot tub never work. The office staff is very unprofessional and need a few courses in "Customer Service". Don't expect a big smile and warm welcoming when you visit.
