We want to thank Mr.Garrett Ray for helping my husband buy a computer, an Apple...He was excellent and my husband is enjoying it...He is a very good sales person by his knowledge of computers...would not be surprised to see him as A Manager some day..My husband wasn't going to buy this Apple but Garret took time to show him the different lap tops and he bought the Apple and he is very pleased...Thank you Garrett !!!!

Being a audio tech for several years, I didn't have time to set up my new system, heard great things about the two techs! They did a great job! They exceeded my expectations.. Best in temple!

I have been a geek squad customer for the past 5 years. I would say that they messed up my repairs 3 out of 5 times. It's very frustrating when they mess up checking in the computer so the original 2 weeks they were to have it to repair it turns into over a month because someone forgot to send it out. I figured it was an easy mistake so gave them the benefit of the doubt. However when I have to take time out of my hectic day to end up bringing it back in for a 5th time because They still hadn't fixed the problem is not cool. I have 5 kids that all have school functions and sports or dance and I barely have time in the day to breathe. They even messed up a second computer with unrelated problems. Everything didn't get fixed that was supposed to and they had it for over a month again. I am an unhappy customer.

They seem to work with a skeleton crew early causing one to search for a clerk with knowledge in a particular department.

You are greeted the moment you walk in. The staff is very proffesional and extremely helpful. They are willing to go the extra mile for you here. I would recommend this business for your electronics and movie needs. The selection of movies are great, and the staff will go look up a title for you and order it in if they don't have it.
