Provided by YP.comWe were having trouble with a very expensive Canon Laser printer we used as our primary in-office printer. We had a call in to Canon and then CTWP a day later, as the printer was out of warranty and we knew there would be a service charge regardless of who provided the service. As we awaited a reply from Canon we received 3 calls back from CTWP. A tech was sent out from CTWP within 1 business day. He determined the issue was a simple setting of which we were not aware. He made the change while he was at our office and didn't even charge us for coming out to our office. We'll definitely use CTWP for our next equipment purchase and servicing needs.
