James and his front desk receptionist are the NICEST people I have ever dealt with for having my truck fixed. I will admit that everything didn’t go as quickly or as smooth as I would have liked BUT I will say that James MADE IT ALL OK in the end. I like an honest business that is run by honest people. THAT is hard to find in the auto mechanics field today. James, I give you a 5-star rating because of the kindness I received and because you made everything right in the end in every way. Thank you kindly!

I was so amazed on not only the wonderful service but the wonderful hospitality of the employees. 1st they offered to hook it up to the computer for free when everyone wanted to charge me $150 2nd I informed them I had to be at work befor they opened and they offered to give me a ride to and from work 3rd they called and informed me of the issue and it was corrected right away. 4th the price was fair. James the owner not only took care of my car but also took care of my family. Thank you franks garage for being the best in Texas !!!!
