DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY... THE PROP MANG TOOK MY DEPOSIT AND THAN STOP TAKING MY CALLS NEVER RETURN VOICEMAIL OR E MAILS. I EXPRESSED WELL BEFORE THE 45 DAY LIMIT THAT I COULD NOT MOVE DUE TO WIFES MEDICAL CONDITION SHE SAID SHE WOULD RETURN MY MONEY BUT SHE DID NOT! ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS AND NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE OR E MAIL STILL. Joy Bennett is a crook and im in the process of sueing her and Golden Properties North. Joy Bennett is a thief do not trust her.

Golden Properties management needs improvement badly,the maintance is horrible and does a pissy-poor job at repairing things in a timely matter,the apartments' manager is very unprofessional in more ways than one.Nevertheless,no one is hardly ever at the office when they are needed to be there,except when its rent time,when you have a complaint or repair order they take their time getting to you,like repairing my sink that is completely busted,my air condition unit on the inside leaks water when running,none of which has been repaired.But when you're late on your rent,they are quick to put notice on your door,I have asked numerous of times for the head-office number and was told that she would handle it,not only that,she doesn't even have it posted in the office as it is suppose to be.If she and the so-called maintance guy would spend more time in these apartments then going around gossiping they would be ok,its' way too much drug activity going on and alot of alcoholics walking around here freely while kids are playing outside.
