I cannot express how blessed i am to have John Guerra at Heritage hearing as my hearing aid provider. I have an extreme hearing loss and he was able to select the correct hearing aids for me. But John is not just a dispenser of hearing aids he truly cares about his patients.Each time I have a problem and call his office his reply is come right in and he always has the correct solution. Time is no concern to him-his patients satisfaction is what matters to him. He will spend as long as necessary to answer correctly every question I ask.I have recommended John to close friends and they would concur with this review and I will continue to recommend him to friends.

I have been a client/customer for a number of years. The remarkable service that I receive is comparable to no other. I always can get in to see John Guerro quickly and out quickly. Always met by friendly and courteous staff to meet all my hearing needs. I highly recommend Heritage to all my friends and family or anyone who has a hearing problems. Practice is very dedicated to superior customer service. They made me feel right at home, like i was part of the family. The facility is vary warm and enviting and has a very professional atmospher. John and Josh helped me overcome my hearing problems, which greatly has improved my life.
