Lloyd picked up my trimmer/mower to fix under warranty. He had it over four weeks and then the company sent me a new one. I had to file a theft report with the Bell County Sheriff's department. After filing a report and letting him know, he responded.

I told him I'd share my experience via a review, here's his response "Have fun, I'm retiring this month. Too many crybaby people".

I guess you won't find him working any longer.

DO NOT HIRE!!!!! Stayed at our house until 3am when we were told the project would be done the weekend before. Was late 2 of 4 days. RUINED $1,000 worth of tile, a bathtub, and a toilet. See pictures. He also asked for cash. We paid him before the job was complete and before we knew the extent of the damage. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE!

Call him never and I mean NEVER CALLS YOU BACK. SO THANKS FOR NOTHING. WILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT.
