Provided by YP.comI received subpar tax preparation and bad advice from this firm. They were unable to answer my questions about software that they should know comprehensively. And, they were poor communicators (often rude). They made the whole process confusing. If I had it to do over again, I would have prepared my taxes myself. I lost out on deduction. I would not suggest them at all.
