I love going to Geeks ! They are the best ! They fixed my iphone 6 screen in 10 minutes. I recommend taking your damage phones/tablets to them !

Mobile Phone Geeks in Temple are the BEST!! I go in often, so they know my face. In the past I've went in to trade my phone or buy a case. But recently, I cracked my IPhone!! Man I was so devasted & thought of them immediately!! They have always been prompt on there customer service & I have sent co-workers& family members who were pleased w/them. So long story short, they fixed my iPhone w/in 2 business days, being that they had customers before me. Yes, they used recycled parts but I couldn't tell the difference. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a repair,accessories, or need a phone jail broken. Mobile Phone Geeks is where it's at:))

This place LOST my phone... I have called the place about 4-5 times before they told me that they "recycled" it. And it only took about 4 months that they FINALLY decided to let me know they had lost it. At first, they told me it was because they changed to a new software, then they told me it will be mailed to me- then it's "oh, we will replace your phone." Mind you it's been 4 MONTHS! I likely doubt I will see my beloved iPhone back. I recommend you run as far as you can from this place, if I can give this place a devil sign I would.

I took my phone in on Feb. 17th, 2012, to have new housing, kickstand, camera lens and a cracked screen reparied. I was promised that my phone would be completly repaired by the end of the day, housing and all. When my husband picked up the phone the only thing that looked good was the screen. It had crappy used parts put on it and there was a new crack at the top of my phone and was glued back together and the cover over the earhole was severly damaged. When my husband questioned it he was told they did not know anything about "new parts" even though that's what was promised. After a 10 minute conversation about it, he was finally told to bring it back a week later and it would be fixed with new parts. When my husband took the phone back he was treated very rudely and was told that now the parts had to be ordered from overseas and it would take about 2 weeks and someone would contact him when the parts arrived. Over a month later after my husband called numerous times he was finally told the parts were in and to bring the phone in and leave it for the day. After 2 days and no phone call notifying us it was ready the phone was finally reparied, or so I thought. After getting the phone back the camera flash no longer works and the screen was not installed properly at the bottom so now I can just about see inside my phone when the screen is on. Once again, my husband called and he was fed another BS line about a part not being avaliable. So he was told the part was coming in with the manager that night from Austin and to bring it back the next day. Guess what? Still waiting for the "part". No courtesy call saying it's been delayed, as a matter of fact I don't think courtesy or being a professional business is their goal. It is now April 23 and my phone is still not reparied correctly. These people are very rude and shady. I would not recommend anyone to them for any type of services. If you look up usless or inept in the dictonary there would be a picture of Mobile Phone Geeks next to the words.
