I have tried to go to Northside Family Practice for a year and a half. I say "tried' because it takes up to 3 months to get an appointment there and then they break the appointment every single time, usually at the last minute after I've waited for an hour or so. I've tried a virtual appointment and waited, in vain, for 6 hrs. for them to call me for the appointment. I tried to get a referral for another Dr. in another town and it took them 11 days to just fax over the referral. I had a minor stroke & it took them 3 months to get me in for an MRI & they had to reschedule that 3 times, too. You could literally die waiting to see these people - go to anyone else but them!
