I haev been a customer at Precious Memories for years.I have ordered everything from homecoming mums to funeral arrangements and never been unhappy. Friendly service, beautiful unique designs, and excellent delivery. I have never had a bad expierience at Precious Memories.

Have always received beautiful flowers from Precious Memories. The arrangement I received on Valentines day lasted 2 weeks. Love visiting the shop and all who work there. Couldn't get any better service any place else. Keep up the good work Precious Memories.

Precious Memories prides itself on good service and product. The staff is always very helpful and goes the extra step to insure customer satisfaction. Not only is the shop itself a beautiful place to visit, but the atmosphere is inviting and the staff is fun. When you need that something that will express your feelings for the occasion, i would highly recommend giving them a call.

I have used Precious Memories for many different occasions and have always been very happy with my arrangements. The casket piece that was for my mother's funeral was everything and more than I expected.I would recommend Precious Memories to anyone

We are so blessed to have talented and kind people working at Precious Memories. Working with people who are dealing with what life throws at them everyday with grace and dignity. Life has its struggles and Precious Memories staff always opens their hearts to the customers who call and come it to provide the gift and lift they need for their friends, family and co-workers.

I received flowers and toffee from Precious Memories in Temple, Texas from my in-laws in Wisconsin. The delivery person set the arrangement in the sun on my front porch and did not call me at any of my available numbers (I checked all caller IDs). I was not at home and they baked in the sun all day until 7:00pm. The vase was so hot that I had to use a towel to pick it up. The flowers wilted and their petals fell off when I picked the vase up. The candy was melted into a big hardened lump. The whole mess had to be thrown away. Precious Memories has a FTD satisfaction guarantee on their website but the owner said that the people who sent it said they could leave it so they did. She refused to take any responsibility. I asked her why they did not put it on my back porch in the shade or at least put it behind a post on the front porch. She became very rude and argued with me that it was my in-laws fault for saying they could leave it and she hung up on me. I think my in-laws purchase price
