I went to get a mani and pedi. My nails already had a gel polish on them. She began my manicure with a tool that she did not get out of an autoclave package, but instead out of a caboodle box. She did not remove all the polish from my nails before putting the clear polish on. I did not want a color this time. I asked her not to cut my nails just to file them and she cut them anyways. I had broke my nail previously and she suggested to put acrylic on it. I told her several times no that it ruins my nails and she told me that I was going to do what I said and she put it on anyways, and charged me for it. She did not clean under my nails. And almost forgot to massage my arms, not sure why she bothered anyways. She slapped some lotion on and barely rubbed it in. She then lead to me to the chair where I was suppose to get my pedicure. Never seen anything like it. It was nothing like the regular pedi chairs, it was a recliner and they rolled a bucket of water to the chair to soak your feet. I did not get my pedicure there. My daughter went with me and had her hands painted and while she was there she messed up a nail. The lady scolded her and said I til u to be still, I'm not fixing it. Anyways I talked to her and she did fix it, but REALLY! I asked for my money back, but they refused. I highly suggest you find some where else to get your mani and pedi. This is no SPA!! I will not be going back!!!
