I have been to both of the tres magueyes restaurants in Temple, and the drive thru only location on 55th st. I would have to say that the best food is actually at the little drive thru!! I order my food, they understand me, and speak perfect english. They have never screwed up my order, and always gave me back correct change. All of which I had problems with at the actual restaurants!! I went to the location on 29th street, and we were seated with menu's, then ............nothing. Its like duh did you forget we were here??? Yeah, I agree with popularbelief about the chips, and the service. You can clearly see like 25 people in a kitchen the size of a motel bathroom, and they are all clamoring around like oompa loompa's pattin' out tortillas, but they cant mop a friggin floor? Wth? Also I seen one of them put a booger on this fat ladies taco. They are just not even right. Boo on them. lol.

One of the best mexican restaurants in temple. Food is well seasoned, fast and fresh made.

Food is great! Family style place, they great and serve you as if you were their best friend.
