Melissa Powell an awful person......she cannot be trusted!!! She lies about everything from the property, what the owner wants, that there are renters still there with a year contract, her children/grandchildren, and that she is a Christian. She absolutely is not and she treats her fellow realtors even worse......I have seen/experienced this first hand. Go ANYWHERE else for a home/realtor.
