When I lived in Temple, I did my business with THEM, instead of with the less personable and less knowledgeable employees at the "large national chain" store out on the Highway east of town. When I moved to the Austin-area, Sissy and Becky have each made trips to the Post Office, and mailed what I needed to me. You can not beat that kind of service. I even recently had to make the drive to Temple and back to get something the stores in the Austin area do not carry, because there was not time to wait on the mail. I love this store, and the people that work there. Randall is the store manager, a super gentleman that gets the job done for his customers.
Jacqueline is also a Veterinarian student, and like all the other employees, with very keen knowledge on what products they carry that will work for your pets. That saves a person a good amount of $$$. This is probably the best store of its kind in America...or the world, for that matter!
