Do not go here. They don't give you the correct information about your insurance before you set up your appointment, so you end up having to pay them money you don't have. I'm never coming here again. I ended up paying a co-pay when the lady at the counter and I had a full on conversation about how broke I was and needed to know all the information on what would come out of pocket before I made the appointment and she said I was covered for a contacts exam and it was free. At the end she denied this and said she never set up my appointment or said this and when I told her to look up who set my appointment she said "oh, it was me" and got her manager and I still had to pay a co-pay.. borrow money from my friends and aunt in order to pay for the services that I was told were going to be given to me free. I wish I would have gotten her name but she was a medium built lady with large red glasses and a short black pixie cut. Do not go here or avoid talking to her!
