Provided by YP.comMy brand new Honda Pilot was hit in a parking lot and, fortunately, the woman who hit it called the police because her car had a lot of damage. Her insurance paid the complete repair costs as they should. Since I bought the car at D&C Honda, I decided to bring it there for the bodywork. I was extremely pleased with Jimmy Best who is the manager. The problem we encountered was with getting the insurance company to appraise the car. One that was done, the car went in and, when I went to pick it up, Jimmy told me that the insurance would only authorize a repair of the bumper cover which he said did not come well. He put in a supplemental claim with them. The insurance company was very stubborn but Jimmy persisted. They wanted to have him use an aftermarket cover but he refused and made them pay for OEM. The car looks better than new. I appreciate all of Jimmy's efforts to fix the car right and he was definitely on my side. I have no reservations with recommending D&C.

Provided by YP.comDon't know about the body shop, but the Geico appraiser that works here is an absolute moron. He would not compensate for his companies' mistake in giving us the wrong address TWICE, and tried to turn us away because we were "late", even though it was THEIR fault. Condescending and dim-witted, don't ever think about coming here if Geico sends you here for a damage inspection.
You will recognize the low-life, pathetic Geico worker by his disgusting, severe weight problem.

Provided by YP.comStay away from this body shop. I want to share my disappointment with d&c honda body shop. Two and a half years ago I went to kia dealership in Tenafly to fix my damaged door. I went to kia where I bought my car and they sent me to D&C Honda of Tenafly. D&C Honda replaced my door and painted but recently my husband noticed that the door is rusting and paint almost coming off the door. So I went back to D&C Honda. I talked to the manager and after looking at my door he promised to fix it. When I came to drop off my car D&C Honda changed their mind and started to blame the door manufacturer. I spent more than two hours waiting and trying to figure out why they changed their mind. For now I am waiting for the receipt and proof if they even used original Kia door as they suppose to. At the same time I already had two estimates/opinions from other body shops and so far they agree with me that the paint job was not done correctly. Really dissatisfied and disappointed!!!!!
