Honestly, I've been bringing my pets to Dr. Keith for 13 years, and have had perfect service every time. Dr. keith and staff are serious animal lovers that are quick with a smile, or supporting friends when visits are for more serious reasons.



When I have called them with emergencies for my pets, they have ALWAYS had me come directly in. Weekends? past 5:00 p.m.? Yes. 5 stars for a 5 star clinic.

I tried to take a puppy to this vet. The puppy had Parvo confirmed by the tech's blood test. She said the vet requires $1000 deposit before he will treat the pup for Parvo. I already knew the disease is usually fatal. I was surprised the vet wouldn't even talk to me without the $1000 deposit. I left took the pup to my old vet in Tacoma. Again he confirmed Parvo and discussed the long and sometimes difficult and expensive treatment. I opted for the treatment which ended up successful and cost $400 total. My dog is fine now and I would not take a dead skunk to this money grubbing vet I believe no matter what the treatment he offered would have been, it would have cost at least $1000. This vet lost out because due to a couple of aging dogs and cats my vet bills last year was a whopping $11,000. You lose Dr Keith!

I tries to take my dog into this clinic with an emergency, 30 minutes before their closing time. They turned me away because the doctor had already gone home for the day. I am so disappointed with this! Plus they told me that I would have to pay $100 extra to have the doctor drive 2 miles back to the clinic to see my dog. Horrible service, and the woman there had horrible people skills. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I wouldn't even take my dead pets here. They over charge, have no idea what they are talking about and do not treat the animals very well. The staff is rude and Dr. Keith is, quite frankly, an idiot.

After experiencing the worst in vetenary care st Scatter Creek we found Tenino Vetenary Clinic to be the best. Dr Keith and his staff are knowledgeable and caring and very personable. Ours is a lifetime commitment!
