My chiropractor retired and I tried Anderson Chiropractic. I gave them a fair chance even after not feeling any better. I went with terrible lower back pain and never improved. Without making this review too long, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. It was very obvious that all they were interested in was getting my money. The adjustments were not affective. They suggested physical therapy through their office. I did it to follow their protocol. It was stretches that I can get off of google. They also suggested message through their office and I gave that a chance too. I've had a better message letting a cat walk on my back. That was actually the final straw. I never went back.

They wanted me to pay for a large number of appointments ahead of time. I did not. I paid for each appointment, at the time of appointment. My insurance paid as well. I ended up having a lot of billing issues and they delayed sending my x-rays to my new chiropractor as well.

I would recommend Anderson Chiropractic. I had been to many Doctors & Specialists which didn't give me a solution, I started going to Anderson, and In just one month I was 40% better! I no longer have pain daily. They make a specific Care Plan for each individual, including physical therapy.

This is a horrible business, avoid at all costs. I went there in January of 2014 for a neck issue. They took some X-rays and said they would need to wait until they got a multiple patient X-rays so they could send them out at the same time and they would call me when they sent them out and again when they got them back. I immediately got a second opinion because I didn't like the waiting idea (seemed like they valued saving money on shipping over patient care). They never called me back and then I got a bill 9 months later in October 2014. I refused to pay unless I got the X-ray and had to fight with them over giving that to me. Just resolved it today and wiped my hands clean of this awful establishment forever. Good riddance.
