I agree with all of the reviews written..the poorest customer service ever..we purchased a sectional waited 6 weeks for it to be delivered..the ottoman was going to be an 8-9weeks wait..keep in mind that we got rid of our old furniture a couple of days before the scheduled delivery so the room would be empty..but a day before the scheduled 6week delivery of the sectional itself...we were told only 3 out of the 5 pieces were coming...then after speaking to the manager at the store they said they would push up the delivery for the ottoman so the rest of the sectional and the ottoman would be delivered together and they would give us credit for the delivery cost..that was suppose to be tomorrow..now we are being told that nothing is coming tomorrow..it will be another week..the frustration has gone well above the small credit we were given....I would not purchase another thing from there and I certainly will tell all my friends and family not to..all you get is"I'm sorry"and other excuses

Horrible experience, never shop here. Lied to us about the delivery date 4 times. Still only have part of our order.
